From the exquisite Gibbons Collection of mustard pots to antique tins & jars and vintage advertisements, the National Mustard Museum is truly a shining temple to the “King of Condiments”.

A working regional micro-brewery specializing in German lagers, with Gift Haus. Tours Friday at 3:30pm and Saturday at 1:30 and 3:30pm. Seasonal entertainment in the outdoor Bier Garten Friday and Saturdays. Groups welcome. Motorcoach parking available. Shop the Middleton Farmers’ Market May through October 29 for wholesome and locally-grown produce, flowers, meats and baked goods. Stop by Tuesday to discover what’s in season each week. The market is located in the parking area of Capital Brewery.

The building is a historical landmark built in 1867. The museum contains information, collections and artifacts donated by early settlers. Open from 1pm to 4pm Tuesdays and Saturdays from mid-April through mid-October, or by appointment for group tours
