Highly recommended. Everything is good to go, and I would love to stay there again soon. Continue to work on the breakfast and beverage in the reception area, such as coffee and tea.

Best vacation

Our family decided to do a spontaneous family trip and went to Niagara falls from NJ. Once we arrived the staff was super friendly and informative. All our questions about the area was answered. The room was such a good room that our 1 night stay ended up being a 2 night stay. The pool was wonderful and clean. Breakfast was so fresh and delicious. Everything about this hotel, staff, and activities was 5/5 wonderful. I highly recommend to all families to stay here.

Too many things wrong from check in to check out. Outlets did not work wifi worked 20% of the time, noisy hallways, bad check out with wrong bill, breafast uneatable with nothing available, 1 elevator for 9 floors. Just not worth it if it was free

2 IN 1 HOTEL - WHO KNEW?

I usually stay at this Holiday Inn when I'm in town visiting family and have always had a pleasant experience. They were under renovations the last time I stayed here and unbeknownst to me, they are now 2 different hotels in the same building. I booked what I thought was the same type of suite that I normally do but when I got to the room it was terrible. Small, dark, unappealing. I have never had a room like that there ever. I inquired at the front desk about the quality of my room and that's when I was told that I had booked on the Holiday Inn side of the hotel and the other side (which is what had been renovated) was now Staybridge Suites. The concierge happily offered to check if there were any suites available on the Staybridge side and I was able to switch rooms for the same rate. The room was absolutely beautiful and exceeded what I was originally expecting when I checked in. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing in helping to remedy the situation and I now know to make sure I book on the proper side of the hotel the next time. I can't remember the gentleman's name who assisted me but the initials on my breakfast card were VP. The stay was amazing!!

Not a premium hotel - not worth $200+

Poorly sloppily renovated and also some floors are a holiday in and some a staybridge, so you mix with all the same guests and share amenities. Pool is nasty. AC units were not renovated and break down. 1br unit not worth getting because no AC available in living room -only unit is in bedroom. Not comparable to other 3 of 4 star options. Poor front desk service. Breakfast was better than typical holiday inn. Bowling alley is attached and that was cool. Overall if you stay here, stay in a holiday inn room and save the money. Otherwise staybridge isn’t worth it at this location.
