You can reach the hotel easily by public transport, by cab or limousine. For public transport, take the CAT, City Airport Train and change at Train Station Wien Mitte for the subway U4. Take two stops to Karlsplatz and the hotel is just moments away.

Take the S2, then Exit Nr. 227 St. Marx and continue along highway A4. Follow Untere Donaustrasse, turn left at Aspernbrücke. Cross the bridge and follow the Ring to Schubertring. Turn right at Schwarzenbergplatz into the side road of Karntner Ring. The Grand Hotel is next to Cafe Schwarzenberg.

From the south, take Highway A2 towards Vienna, then Exit Nr. 221 Wien Zentrum. Follow Landstrasser urtel, then turn right into Prinz Eugen Strasse. Cross the Schwarzenbergplatz and turn left into the side road at Karntner Ring. The Grand Hotel is next to Cafe Schwarzenberg.

From east, take Highway A4 towards Vienna and continue to Schuttelstrasse and Untere Donaustrasse. Turn right and cross the Aspernbrucke Bridge, follow the Vienna Ring Road to Schubertring. Turn right at Schwarzenbergplatz to the side road of Karntner Ring. The Grand is next to Cafe Schwarzenberg.

From the west, take Highway A1, then turn onto Wientalstrasse. Continue along Hietzinger Kai, Schoenbrunner Strasse and Rechte Wienzeile, until you reach Karlsplatz. Cross Schwarzenbergplatz and turn left into the side road of the Kaerntner Ring. The Grand is next to Cafe Schwarzenberg.
