Mobile App Download Bonus Terms & Conditions
The following information and terms and conditions relate to the [Mobile App Download Bonus] promotion (the “Offer”).
(A) Eligibility:
1. The Offer is an exclusive offer, valid for the original recipient only. It is available for IHG Rewards Club members, resident in Europe only (“Member(s)”).
2. Employees of the Promoter, their parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
3. Participation constitutes the Member’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Member must be an IHG Rewards Club Member at the date of Participation.
(B) Participation & Timing:
1. Certain Members will receive an email prompting him/her to: (a) download the IHG Rewards Club App; and (b) log in to the IHG Rewards Club App, to receive the Bonus Points (“Offer Email”).
2. The IHG Rewards Club App must be downloaded from either: (i) the App Store on the Member’s mobile device; or (ii) by visiting www.ihg.com/app.
3. The Member must download and log in to the IHG Rewards Club App within 14 days (“Promotional Period”) of the date of the Offer Email (“Participation”). Any action to download and log in to the IHG Rewards Club App outside the Promotional Period will not constitute eligible Participation and will not qualify for the Bonus Points.
4. Once the participant has downloaded and booked through the app and consumed their stays by 31st August 2018, they will qualify for an additional 3,000 IHG Reward Club points.
(C) Bonus Points:
1. Each member who downloads the IHG Rewards Club App and logs in to the IHG Rewards Club App in accordance with Section B above, within the required 14 day time frame, shall receive 500 IHG Rewards Club points (“Bonus Points”). The Bonus Points shall be awarded to the Member’s IHG Rewards Club account within one (1) month from the date of Participation.
2. Each member who is in accordance to section C point 1 above is eligible to earn an additional 3,000 IHG Reward Club points, when booked on the App, and consumed their stays by the 31st August 2018. The Bonus Points shall be awarded to the Member’s IHG Rewards Club account within one (1) month from completion of stay.
3. Bonus Points will only be awarded once (1) for any eligible Participation and there is a limit of 3,500 bonus points per Member.
4. To qualify for the additional 3,000 bonus points, members must consume all three of their stays. Members will earn 1,000 points for first stay booked on the App, 1,000 points for 2nd stay booked on the App, 1,000 points for 3rd stay booked on the App.
5. The Bonus Points are as offered and there is no cash alternative.
6. The Bonus Points are non-transferable and are not to be substituted for cash or any other bonus except as provided herein at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Bonus Points for something of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion.
(D) General:
1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer and/or Bonus Points, or any part of it, and/or review and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time on prior notice.
2. The Offer is subject to all IHG® Rewards Club terms and conditions and earning structure, details of which can be obtained by visiting www.ihg.com/terms.
(E) Disputes:
1. This Offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
