IHG Hotels & Resorts' "Stay 3 Nights, Pay 2 – Suites & Premium Rooms" offer (the "Promotion") is valid for eligible bookings made from 15 April 2026 to 1 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the "Booking Dates") for selected stays at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts branded hotels between 18 April 2026 and 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the "Stay Dates"). The Promotion is available exclusively on Suites and Premium Room types when booked using the "Stay 3 Nights, Pay 2 - Suites & Premium Rooms" rate during the Booking Dates. The rate is inclusive of daily breakfast for up to two guests per room. Any additional guest will incur applicable charges.

The Promotion is available exclusively to IHG One Rewards members. IHG One Rewards members must book a minimum consecutive 3-night stay and pay for 2 nights, with the third night complimentary to be eligible for the Promotion. The Promotion is cumulative: for every three (3) consecutive nights booked at the same participating hotel, one (1) night will be complimentary. For example, a guest booking six (6) consecutive nights will pay for four (4) nights and receive two (2) nights complimentary; a guest booking nine (9) consecutive nights will pay for six (6) nights and receive three (3) nights complimentary. 

Bookings must be made directly through the IHG website, app, IHG reservation centres or at participating hotels. Rates at participating hotels are per room, per night and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. A minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights is required to qualify for the Promotion. The full stay must be booked and consumed under a single reservation. Unused nights cannot be carried over or credited toward other bookings. 

Bookings must be made at least three (3) days prior to the check-in date. Reservations may be amended or cancelled up to three (3) days prior to check-in without penalty, unless otherwise advised by the individual hotel. 

No deposit is required at the time of booking unless specified by the participating hotel during the reservation process. Please note that individual hotels’ deposit and cancellation policies may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking. 

For cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival (subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy), or in the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to the first night’s room rate will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. 

Unless otherwise specified by the participating hotel, standard check-in time is 3:00 PM (1500 hours) local time on the day of arrival. 

The maximum stay under this Promotion is 30 nights in one stay, although some participating hotels may have a shorter duration of maximum stay. 

The Promotion is valid at participating hotels in Australia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Vanuatu, Indonesia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Maldives, Japan, Guam and Saipan at participating Regent, InterContinental, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn branded Resort properties. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. At Holiday Inn, kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest. Promotion conditions may vary depending on the participating hotel.  

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards programme terms and conditions apply. Certain room and suite types may be excluded from the Promotion. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with other discounted rate promotions. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fees. IHG® Army Hotels, InterContinental Alliance Resorts, Six Senses, and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are excluded from the Promotion. Visit your hotel’s website for exact details. 

Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Any other in-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not applicable with other discounted rate promotions. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels and rooms in the Promotion are subject to availability. The final bill will be in the hotel’s local currency. There is no cash alternative and room nights cannot be credited or reimbursed to future stays for early departures. 

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
