The restaurant's culinary offerings are led by Cosimo Urso, a seasoned culinary expert with over 10 years of experience in prestigious hotels and resorts in Italy and the Dominican Republic. He has collaborated with Chef Martín Berasategui on various projects in Latin America and Spain and currently serves as the Executive Chef at Kimpton Las Mercedes in the Dominican Republic.

Chef Cosimo specializes in creating innovative dishes, efficiently managing kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, providing an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
