Yellow Crane Tower

Yellow Crane Tower was originally built in 223 AD; it is a famous tower with profound history and distinguished reputation. Yellow Crane Tower, Yue yang Tower, Pavilion of Prince Teng and Yuejiang Tower are called the Four Major Famous Buildings in south of the Yangtze River areas. The tower is situated on the Snake Hill, at the bank of Yangtze River in Wuchang District, Wuhan. The top of the tower has a broad view of its surroundings and the Yangtze River.

East Lake

Ancient Aither Platform

Ancient Aither Platform was originally built in the Northern Song Dynasty; it is known as "The World's First Platform for Bosom Friends" and situated on the shore of the beautiful Moon Lake at the foot of the west Turtle Hill in Hanyang District, Wuhan. The Platform, Yellow Crane Tower and Qingchuan Pavilion are called the three major scenic spots in Wuhan. It is a famous scenic resort in Hubei, one of the most famous music cultural relics in China

Qingchuan Pavilion

Qingchuan Pavilion was first built during the Jiajing Period of the Ming Dynasty. The pavilion got its name from a poem written by Cui Hao, a famous poet in Tang Dynasty; it is known as one of the "Four Major Famous Buildings in Chu". It faces the Yellow Crane Tower on the other side of the Yangtze River and is called "A Scenic Spot in Three Chu". The pavilion is located at the Qingchuan Street in Hanyang District, Wuhan, on the Yugong Rock at the north bank of Yangtze River

Guiyuan Temple

Guiyuan Buddhist Temple is one of the key cultural relics protection units in Hubei, one of the four most famous Buddhism temples in Wuhan and also one of the most famous Buddhism temples in China. The temple was originally built in the 15th year of Shunzhi, Qing Dynasty. The temple got its name form Buddhist chants: "With purity kept in mind, one has the thoroughfare everywhere." All the buildings in the temple have more than one hundred years of history.

The Hubei Province museum

The Hubei Provincial Museum is the only provincial comprehensive museum in Hubei province and located at the beautiful lakeside of Donghu. It is mainly responsible for the province's protection, collection, storage and exhibition of cultural relics as well as the research work of collections. The museum is made up of the Chime Pavilion, the Chu Cultural Pavilion and the comprehensive Display Building.

Hubu Lane

The 150-meter long Hubu Lane is also called "Lane with the Best Snacks of Hankou Styles" and located at Wuchang's most prosperous Simenkou. It is a food paradise surrounded by famous streets, buildings, sceneries and lakes. Hubu Lane has a long history; it is the most famous "lane of breakfast" in Wuhan and a must-visit destination in the city.

Tanhualin Street

The 1,200-meter long Tanhualin begins from Zhongshan Road in the east and extends to the Desheng Bridge in the west. It is an ancient street that has gradually formed after the expansion of Wuchang in the 4th year of Hongwu (Ming Dynasty). Walking in the zigzag alleys, visitors can see dozens of modern historic buildings with more than 100 years of history. Today, Tanhualin is a quiet street in Wuhan, a wide variety of coffee shops are waiting for the arrival of guests.

Museum of Wuchang Uprising of the 1911 Revolution

Museum of Wuchang Uprising of 1911 Revolution is located at the southeast side of the Yellow Crane Tower, and the linear distance between the two is about 300 meters. The museum is built on the former address of Wuchang Uprising Military Government; it is called “the Red Building” due to the red color of the whole building.

Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge

Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge is the first bridge to span the Yangtze River and located on the section between the Snake Hill in Wuchang and the Turtle Hill in Hanyang. It is the first road and rail bridge after the founding of New China. Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge unites the three towns of Wuhan into one body and becomes the artery connecting north China and south China; it plays an important role in promoting the north and south economic development.
