The Heilongtan Scenic Area in Renshou County, Sichuan is a national AAAA-level attraction. Situated in the central-southern Sichuan Basin. It has 7 gorges, 7 dams and 85 archipelagos. Area is 115.3 sq km. Lake shoreline is 310 km and area is 23.6 sq km. Over 58 spots like majestic dam. Surrounded by forests, charming all seasons. Birds inhabit. The Leshan Giant Buddha in Leshan, Sichuan is by Lingyun Temple near three rivers. The world's largest stone sitting Buddha, 71 meters high. Built over 90 years by three generations. The Huanglongxi Ancient Town, known as "the first town in Tianfu, China", is located in the southwest of Shuangliu District, Chengdu. It's nourished by water and is grand and bold. There are many activities. Highlights include strolling old streets, visiting the Three-County Yamen and three temples, and the magnificent Huanglongxi Bridge.

The Wuhou temple(Wu Hou Ci) is in memory of Zhuge Liang, the Marquis Wu of Shu during the Three Kingdoms Period. He was the symbol of nobless and intelligence. Lots of Memorial temples had been erected in many places after his death, including this one in Chengdu.

Located beside the Huanhua Brook, Du Fu Thatched Cottage is well-known as the former residence of Du Fu, a great poet during the Tang Dynasty. In the winter of 759 BC, Du Fu fled into Sichuan to escape from the An-Shi Rebellion. During his stay in Chengdu, he build a straw-roofed house named Chengdu Thatched Cottage, where he had lived for about four years and composed more than 240 poems which are still popular today.
