The overall experience was great. They upgraded us to a nice room, the environment was pleasant, and the view was excellent. No complaints.

整体环境还不错，枕头挺舒服。不过房间里太冷，而且空调温度不可以通过面板单独控制，只能控制开关和风速大小，把风速调到最小了还是很冷，直接关掉过一会儿又会很热，希望后面能有所改善。
另外，评语一定要写，并且一定要写满50个字这点很不合理。

The location of this hotel is far from the city and the hardware is old.
When I checked in, I was confronted with cold faces from the staff and word-shy conversational exchanges.
The first room I was assigned by the staff was stuffy and smelled bad. After communication, I was re-assigned a room. However, it was unsatisfactory that the room I had booked with a king size bed was replaced with a twin room without consulting me. Due to exhaustion, did not continue to communicate with the staff on this matter.
The service was hardly felt during my stay.
The overall air in the hotel, with the exception of the restaurant as well as some of the rooms, was not fresh and smelled like something was burning.
The floor and carpet in the room were not cleaned. Long hair was left on the floor.
The door to the shower in the room didn't close tightly, the gap was large, and the water coming out of the shower was small, making it unpleasant to wash. And the water goes down the drain extremely slowly and easily overflows outside the shower. Sometimes it penetrates under the floor.
The TV was rather small and the TV programs were standard definition with snowflakes on individual channels.
The small refrigerator in the room was empty and unplugged.
Individual sockets in the room had power supply problems.
In time for a birthday during my stay, I unfortunately did not receive any wishes from the hotel.
Staying at this hotel was the worst decision I have ever made.
Very much not recommended to come and stay at this hotel.
Dining is kind of the only bright spot.
I've stayed in several HUALUXE hotels in several cities, and this one was the most disappointing, not worthy of the brand "HUALUXE".
I did not feel the advertised hospitality.
I think it was the hotel that didn't welcome me.
