Excellent property in Canggu

Stayed here for four nights on a recent trip to Bali and wanting to try staying in Canggu for the first time. As a IHG Diamond, chose this property due to its proximity to the beach and restaurants. The location is great with easy access to local shopping as well as restaurants and nightlife. Plenty to do in the area for everyone. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The rooms are however are a little tight and the bathroom is open with sliders which was a little annoying at night unless you keep it open in which case you may disturb you spouse. The bathrooms does have a nice shower area with really nice water pressure. If you're planning to set up space to work, there is no desk or chair which for me was a big issue but the staff ended up putting me in a suite with a couch and table which worked out.
The breakfast was some of the best I've had in the world. Both taste and presentation and the staff was simply amazing. The rooftop pool has a great view and the pool is really long especially good if you're into doing laps. Its great to watch the sunsets. Unfortunately for me, it rained almost everyday I was there.
I would recommend especially for its staff and price point. The small gym was adequate for a moderate workout. Would return if not planning to work on vacation for a few days.

Had such a great stay with my mum. Staff Atis, Rahade and Hendra were very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay so much that I am returning this week with partner and friends (group of 7).

Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Canggu was amazing. The staff couldn’t be any better, they were the best. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Our stay far exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend to everyone to experience this fabulous hotel.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of your team.

I especially want to commend Dallah, Ayu, Intan, Gundre, Satya, Puspita, Chef Suhaimi and Chef Norra for hospitality. They are all contributed an extra mile efforts and exceed my expectation. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly made my stay memorable.

Additionally, I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the amenities, and the efficiency of the services offered. The F&B and Poolside areas, receptionist services exceeded my expectations and contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Please convey my gratitude to your entire team. I will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Excellent Service and Great Location for Canggu

This Holiday Inn differs from the others because it’s positioned as a Resort. Of which the breakfast offerings lived up to the standards with a buffet and ala carte selection.
The Roomah staff was excellent. They took the effort to know my family. My kids absolutely felt at home.
Impeccable service!
It was rainy days when we stayed, hence the kids club became a place for my kids to hang out. The staff there was personable and took good care of my kids too.
All in all, for families looking to stay in Canggu please stay at Holiday Inn Resort. I booked the Kids Suite and my kids totally enjoyed the bunker beds.

As a diamond member , we requested a free breakfast for the welcome amenities but they only honor 1 day of free breakfast we as our stay was for 2 days.

We are going to think twice if we are ever going to come back

I was visiting friends for 2 weeks who live in Canggu. Holiday Inn is not a brand that I normally consider, but the photos looked good and I liked that it was new and clean. I booked for my first week. I was so impressed that I stayed for a second week. It is even better than the photos. The entrance and landscaping is first class. I loved my balcony eith the ocean view and sounds of the waves. Very relaxing. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. I would for sure stay here again next year.

Get everything in paper, got scammed by front desk!

Do your bookings online or get a written receipt of everything arranged with front desk, when I checked out the bill was x4 times the agreed upon price! Scammed, severely disappointed. A shame beautiful hotel and facilities.
