Born in Cuba, Chef Ardolt J. Licor grew up surrounded by flavors of home. With 15+ years in fine dining, banquets, and catering—including helping open 4 Flamingos by Richard Blais—he infuses Cuban, Spanish, Italian, and Southern influences into every dish. When not in the kitchen, he enjoys fishing, family time, and giving back to his community.
