Originally from Querétaro, Chef Manuel Guzmán has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. He has worked in various hotels and restaurants in the United States, including a luxury train. For the past four years, he has been part of the Puerta Cortés team, standing out for his respect and use of ingredients, elevating each dish with his unique flavors. His passion for cooking and dedication make him enjoy working with people who share his same energy.

Chef Enrique Valenzuela

Originally from Choix, Sinaloa, Chef Enrique Valenzuela has been a part of the Puerta Cortés group for many years. He is currently leading Cardón Restaurant, always bringing his avant-garde touch and elevating the experience through each of his dishes. His talent has led him to collaborate with talented and renowned chefs like Enrique Olvera and Víctor Palma.
