Best Flexible Rate available at IHG® hotels overall as provided to IHG® by participating hotels. These discounted rates are checked on a
regular basis to confirm accuracy.  Rooms are limited and subject to prior sale. Book Early and Save/Advanced Purchase is not
available with room rates negotiated for groups of 10 or more, travel industry rates or employee rates. All Book Early and
Save/Advanced Purchase reservations are final and require full prepayment for the entire stay at time of booking. Payment is non-
refundable. No refunds if cancelled or changed. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged between time of
booking and say of arrival for the total amount shown, regardless of whether or not the reservation is used.

As an IHG® Rewards Club member, you may be able to get even bigger discounts using Your Rate. You must be member of IHG® 
Rewards Club in order to make a reservation using the Book Early and Save/Advanced Purchase Rate – Your Rate. Your Rate is a
