Newer Looking Hotel that is Not Clean

We stayed here because it was close to family that we were visiting. It appeared to be a hotel that was fairly new so we thought it would be clean and fresh. It was not. The toilet was leaking on the floor when we checked in. Mold was in the shower. Carpet in the room was worn and frayed. The shower head was crusted with hard water deposits. There was very little shower water pressure. The A/C was very loud when it came on and off. It kept us awake even when we used ear plugs. The elevators stunk from filth which you could see in the carpet on the floor of the elevator.
Great, comfortable beds. Excellent service as usual.

I am always saying that Holiday Inn and I've never had a bad experience. So whenever I travel no matter where it is if there's a Holiday Inn, I'm staying in it so thank you for all the great service and will continue to stay.

Great location with all the constant quality and service we expect as diamond members. Grateful to be recognized and have our room upgraded. Great place to stay, staff is very accommodating!

Love this hotel, quickly greeted upon entering. The room was clean, bed/pillows were comfortable and it was quiet. The pool was amazing as it was heated and the area was clean and not crowded. Plenty of pool towels for everyone and plenty of seating. 10/10 recommend.

Clean and comfortable. It was in a very fun area with lots of good shopping and eating in the area. The hotel was very clean and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. I would definitely stay here again anytime when in the Indy area.

We will definitely coming back! The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. The only issue was the shower didn’t get too warm but don’t let that stop you from staying here! It’s close to everything! Super clean

It was a clean hotel and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the location and the hospitality of the staff. If I had one "complaint", the water pressure wasn't the best..and when a water softener is used it felt like the soap didn't rinse out of my hair very well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn & Express and it was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, who were incredibly accommodating and ensured my check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable,.
The best part of my stay was the breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from the items like scrambled eggs, sausage, and perfectly cooked pancakes. The selection was not only plentiful but also of high quality, making for a satisfying start to the day. The staff in the dining area were attentive, ensuring everything was stocked and offering great service with a smile.
Overall, my experience at the Holiday Inn & Express was nothing short of exceptional. The outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and incredible breakfast make it a top choice for anyone visiting the area.

Everything at this hotel was excellent. The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet & in excellent condition. This is a very nice property, very well maintained. The location was perfect for me when visiting family & friends in nearby Fortville & Carmel. I will definitely stay here again in the future & highly recommend this hotel to others. Do yourself a favor & stay here!
