You can almost hear the lilt of the Irishmen who dug the canal and the boisterous laughter of the canal men who came through this Tipp City landmark. The home "Snowball Flour", Tipp's 1839 birthplace is located next to Canal Lock #15 on the Miami and Erie canal. The building is now occuped by the Tipp Roller Mill Theater, which presents old fashioned entertainment on Saturday evenings every summer.
