The most representation historical place in Taichung. Taichung Park has already over 100 years.

Eight main themes: reading, appreciating, dwelling, transforming, immersing, following, drawing comics, and experiencing the interactive theater. Starting from the National Museum of Natural Science in the north to the Art Garden Green Boulevard in the south, the urban spatial structure forms a belt-like arrangement, including the Science Museum, Civic Square, and Eslite Green Boulevard. The atmosphere and space resemble the natural and smooth charm of "cursive script" in calligraphy.

The National Taichung Theater features an avant-garde design based on the concept of "sonic aesthetics cavern." It incorporates unique elements such as curved walls, apertures, and tubular structures. The entire building stands without traditional beams or pillars, and there are no 90-degree walls, subverting conventional architectural norms.

Shen Ji New Village is one of the third batch of Taiwan Provincial Government dormitory clusters in Taichung City. Today, through government re-planning, it has successfully transformed into a youth entrepreneurship base, sparking a captivating spatial charm and unique atmosphere through youthful vitality and creativity.

The National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts (NTMOFA) was founded in 1988. It was temporarily closed for rebuilding in 1999 due to widespread devastation caused by the September 21st earthquake that year, and reopened in July 2004 with a brand new look. The NTMOFA is dedicated to the education and promotion of visual arts. It places great emphasis on collecting works by Taiwanese artists and exploring unique characteristics of modern and contemporary Taiwanese arts.

Due to government announced its plan to establish and maintain the first modern science museum for the people, for education and science on 1680. Nowadays, it's a landmark of the central part of Taiwan and the third most popular resort in Taiwan (less than Taipei Zoo & National Palace Museum), welcomes more than 3 million visitors each year, 65% of which are school children.

Xanxi Night Market has been operating for over 10 years. It is one of the few traditional large-scale mobile night markets in Taichung. Unlike business district night markets, it boasts over 300 stalls offering a wide variety of food, drinks, and entertainment options.
