Your Lost Sea adventure begins with a guided tour of the caverns. This involves a ¾ mile round-trip walk on wide sloping pathways. While touring the caverns and underground lake our guides will tell of the cavern's exciting and colorful history. They will also explain the fascinating geological development of the immense cavern rooms and rare formations. At the bottom of the cave you will board a glass-bottom boat for an exciting trip on the Lost Sea, America's Largest underground lake.

We currently have 800 vendor booths in The Sweetwater Flea Market. Many of our vendors have been with us for years, and we've been fortunate to attract a wide range of businesses offering their products and services at great prices. Cherohala Skyway is a 43-mile National Scenic Byway that connects Tellico Plains, Tennessee, with Robbinsville, North Carolina. Opened and dedicated in fall of 1996, this highway starts at 800 ft. in elevation, and climbs over mountains as high as 5390 ft at Santeetlah Overlook on the state border, with 21 miles of the Skyway in southeast Tennessee and 15 miles in North Carolina. The road crosses through the Cherokee and Nantahala National Forests, thus the name "Chero...hala."

Tennessee Valley Winery was established in November of 1984 and is one of the oldest operating wineries in East Tennessee. We offer a selection of up to twenty different varieties and produce around 80,000 bottles of wine per year as well as ship around the country. Our wines have been served in the White House while Al Gore, who is from Tennessee, was in office and have also won over 800 awards from California to New York and everywhere in between.
