Historic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk features one of the oldest wooden rollercoasters, (Giant Dipper) still in service along with a 100 year old Carousel. Wonderful rides for kids of all ages and easy access to the beach. There is also an indoor 2-level minature golf course, laser tag, and Boardwalk Bowl. If games are your thing enjoy the arcade, skeet ball, and challenging boardwalk games. Before you leave don't forget to have a corn dog, cotton candy, and locally made salt water taffy.

Take a ride through the Santa Cruz Mountains on a Historic Railroad Train. See the wonderful redwood trees and majestic forests that surround the train tracks. Or take a ride from the roaring camp down to the Boardwalk and back where you will see the train route locals use to take in years gone by.

Visit the beautiful USCS Arboretum and stroll through the exoctic flowers, plants and trees that are blooming there. This tranquill spot is great Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Travel back in time and visit the Historic Santa Cruz Mission. A great spot for children to learn about California's history while having fun.

Family fun for all at the Mystery Spot. Everyone will love exploring the various building and trying to figure out how the science actually works.

Right across the street from the Historic Santa Cruz Boardwalk is Boardwalk Bowling. Stop to bowl a few games or have a snack in the coffee shop. You might even end up there on kareoke night.
