Dillon Home Museum

Built in 1858, this lovely home is an excellent example of the Italianate architecture that was popular in the Midwest in the mid-late 1800s. The Paul W. Dillon Home, also known as the Colonel Edward N. Kirk House, is located in Sterling, Illinois. It was home to businessman Paul W. Dillon and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.The Dillon Home functions primarily as a museum but weddings can also be hosted on the grounds.

Ronald Reagan's Birthplace

See where the 40th president was born and spent his early years. The Birthplace of Ronald Reagan, also known as the Graham Building, is located in an apartment on the second floor of a late 19th-century commercial building in Tampico, Illinois, United States. This restored and furnished apartment includes historical photos, letters and memorabilia. The building was built in 1896 and housed a tavern from that time until 1915.

Morrison Rockwood State Park is an IL state park on 1,164 acres in Whiteside County. Choose from a variety of recreational opportunities.
