Patriots Point is a Naval and Maritime Museum that is home to the WWII Era USS Yorktown. Originally commissioned on April 15th, 1943 and earned 11 battle stars for service during the war. Also at Patriots Point is the USS Clamagore, and USS Laffey. As well as a Cold War memorial dedicated to all the service men, women and families that served during this time.

The South Carolina Aquarium is home to many diverse habits all in one building. They have daily dive shows in their massive 385000 gallon salt water tank teaming with hundreds of animals found through out the ocean. As well as an interactive touch tank for children of all ages, a sea turtle hospital, Alabaster, the albino american alligator and the newest exhibit, the Madagascar Journey.

Come and visit America's most photographed plantation in Mt. Pleasant. With the enchanting oaks lining the drive up to the historic home it is no wonder it is such a sought after landmark is a must see stop. Also, it is home to one of the oldest working plantations in America.
