The Marion Popcorn Festival is held on the streets of downtown Marion Ohio on the Thursday, Friday & Saturday following Labor Day each September. The festival features Free Entertainment each night, Parade on Thursday evening and Rides all the time.
The Little Brown Jug is the most prestigious 3-year-old pacing race in America. The Jug is held the third Thursday September and is seen by more people than any other harness race. This is the first pace of the Harness Racing Triple Crown.

Muirfield is a private golf community however there are a number of great golf courses in the area to play. Take the time to go the tournament and also get in a few rounds of golf while in the area.
