The North Dakota State Capitol is the house of government of the U.S. state of North Dakota. The capitol, a 21-story Art Deco tower, is located in Bismarck at 600 East Boulevard Avenue, and is the tallest habitable building in the state. On a 160-acre (0.6 km 2) campus that also houses many other government buildings, the capitol building and the surrounding office buildings house the state's legislative and judicial branches, as well as many government agencies.

Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park is a North Dakota state park located 7 miles south of Mandan, North Dakota, United States. The park is home to the replica Mandan On-A-Slant Indian Village and reconstructed military buildings including the Custer House. Closed in the winter months.

The Dakota Zoo is a zoo in Bismarck, North Dakota located on the banks of the Missouri River. It is the third zoo built in North Dakota. The Dakota Zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.

Pools, tube slides, a lazy river, and kiddy pools are highlights of this summer park with a snack bar.

The North Dakota Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, operated by the North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department, interprets the history of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. It focuses on the winter of 1804-1805, which they spent at Fort Mandan, a post they built near a Mandan village.

The Lewis & Clark Riverboat continues the proud tradition of the Missouri River steamers at the Port of Bismarck. We offer an adventure on the mighty Missouri from May thru September.

The North Dakota Railroad Museum houses railroad exhibits and artifacts from the early nineteen hundreds. You will see full scale railroad cars, handmade models, photographs and uniforms proudly displayed.
