A modern hotel with Persian-inspired design
The Holiday Inn® Samarkand - Turón is located in the Silk Road Touristic Center on the banks of a rowing canal with a picturesque landscape, 11 kilometers from Samarkand International Airport (SKD) and two-minute walk off the Eternal City which is the highlight of our resort, where you can discover and experience the ancient city of Samarkand with its numerous craft shops, art galleries, and savor the dishes of the national cuisine. The hotel’s interior design was inspired by the artworks of Persian miniature painter Kamoliddin Bekhzod, who lived in the 15th century. Same as Alisher Navoiy he is the greatest artist of the Timurid period. The interior design concept combines contemporary style interspersed with miniature techniques, including the artist’s artwork fragments.
