Just south of the Lake District's National Park and less than half an hour from our hotel, Morecambe Bay is a great place to visit during your stay in Lancaster. Home to Eric Morecambe, the English comedian who together with Ernie Wise formed a double act called Morecambe and Wise. Morecambe Bay is a place to experience amazing sunsets, one of England's more stunning coastlines, sea life including oyster catchers - an altogether great family day out.
