Ever heard of the “Alte Utting”? The old tub used to be a passenger ship on the Ammersee before being converted into a restaurant, bar and concert location. The “Alte Utting” is the perfect place for a snack, a tasty drink, or a short or long stop over on your graffiti exploration tour through the meatpacking district called Bahnwärter Thiel. Graffiti in Munich? Hell, yeah! The area is changing, being bought up by investors and replaced with new high rises.

It all started with a vision: A concept store for a select group of designers in Munich. A space for interior design, art objects, living accessoires, jewelry, and all things beautiful. The vision soon became reality and the concept by Jessica and Stefan Kiefer was a major success. As curators, the couple had the perfect feeling for placing the designs and inspirations - three „Weißglut Design-Stores“ have already opened in Munich. And they are well worth it.

No, seriously: If you are not from the southern parts of Germany, you might be a bit suspicious of the Dirndl and see it as traditional and nostalgic. Fashion label Noh Nee has fully resolved our suspicions though, no more prejudices from us. We now love the ultra traditional clothing style and are head over heels for it. Reaching far beyond the Bavarian borders the fashion studio has been noticed for its "Dirndl à l’Africaine“-creations.
