Warm up. Work out. All while staying in. Our fitness videos are designed to show you how to use the EVEN Hotels Trainer and fitness accessories provided in your guest room. These videos can also be used in the Flex Room for group cycling and strength classes—or on your own.
To access the fitness videos on the go, click on EVEN Hotels in the IHG App, choose Fitness and select from core, cardio or strength, or tune your TV to the EVEN Hotels Exercise Channels (consult your in-room channel guide).
