I stayed here recently with my family. We had booked 3 rooms. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel Breakfast had a goo variety and was hot. Guests have good 3.5 hour window to get their [More] breakfast which ensured that Breakfast room and dinning area did not get too crowded. Front Desk Staff (Alex and Jenny) provided exceptional service. Hotel also has 4-5 EV chargers on premises which was a plus! Pool and Jacuzzi were well maintained. Not only is the hotel near the Coachella Valley for a little known music festival… but the quality and overall experience is wonderful. Kevin helped us check in and get settled and is personable, [More] kind, and welcoming - like being greeted by an old friend. The stay as always is great - clean sheets, great showers, etc - allowing me to feel clean and rested while exploring the desert. And talk about morning power-ups- Brenda has you covered with breakfast taking care not only of having a variety and quality of food - but also remembers there are people with allergies and certain food needs - like gluten free. There was no acknowledgement of my status upon check-in. I had requested extra bath towels when I made my reservation but this was not honored. The breakfast was absolutely horrible!! There were [More] no cinnamon rolls, and the breakfast area was not clean. One day, our room was not serviced at all, and a couple of days of our stay, we had to go down to the front desk to request extra towels, toilet paper, and kleenex. Having said all of that, the property was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious, and the property seemed to be pretty well maintained. [Less]
