Al J. Schneider was a true Louisville visionary responsible for changing Louisville's landscape. Mr. Schneider built hotels, schools, banking institutions, office complexes, and medical facilities but his greatest achievement was his family.
Mr. and Mrs. Schneider had six children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. In the Schneider family, Sunday dinner was a time when they could all sit around a table and be together. In homage to the Schneider family's Sunday supper, we have created AL’s Table.
AL’s Table serves the same dishes your family and the Schneider family had at the dining room table for Sunday supper with a Louisville twist. Many of our menu items came from Mr. Schneiders's favorites provided to us by his family. Al’s Table is an unexpected place for Louisville families and out-of-town guests to gather and experience the best of Louisville. Our well-curated menu, cocktails, and bourbon list provides an experience for everyone.
