Stuyvenberg is one of our two executive boardrooms located on the lobby level with a maximum capacity of 10 persons. It has luxury furniture, including an integrated LCD projector, conference phone and flipchart as well as Click&Share technology

The Merode Room offers 396m² of versatile space with natural light, air-conditioning, and park views. Ideal for events of up to 350 guests, this contemporary venue on the lobby level is perfect for conferences, banquets, or celebrations.

The Botanique-Warande Room accommodates up to 70 guests and can divide into two smaller rooms. Botanique offers park views, while Warande is near the English garden. Both are perfect for meetings or events requiring flexibility and elegance.

This versatile space can accommodate up to 50 guests or divide into three rooms for breakout sessions. With natural daylight (except Soignes) and air-conditioning, it’s ideal for mid-sized meetings or events on the mezzanine level.

With stunning park views, La Cambre-Mont des Arts is ideal for U-shape meetings or team-building sessions for up to 35 guests. Movable walls allow for flexible configurations, making it a highly sought-after venue for events.

The Josaphat Room offers a cosy, intimate space with serene nature views. Located on the park level, it’s perfect for small meetings or brainstorming sessions in a tranquil environment for up to 15 guests.

Craft features a high table for 8, a low boardroom table for 6, and a lounge area for 8. Equipped with a smartboard, it’s perfect for seamless presentations. This freshly renovated space is ideal for collaborative meetings or casual brainstorming.
