Open your check-in alert
When you see the words "It's time to check in" in your email or in the IHG® App, just tap the button to get started.
Select your arrival time
Tell the hotel what time you plan to arrive so they can assign a room and prep your keys. We'll alert you when your room is ready for your arrival.
Pick up your room key
Look for the sign for key pick-up at the front desk and show your ID to get the keys to your room. That's it. You're all set!

Will I still get my points?
Yes! If you are an IHG® Rewards Club member, you will still receive all your points for the stay. Elite members will also have their welcome amenity points automatically deposited.
How will I know it’s time to check in?
If you are an IHG® Rewards Club member using the IHG® App, turn on push notifications to be notified. If you do not have the app or are not currently a member, you should receive an email before your stay notifying you that you can now check in online.
How will I pay for my room?
We will charge the card we have on file for your booking or the one associated with your IHG® Rewards Club account. If you do not have a card on file with us, you’ll have to check in at the front desk when you arrive.
What if I don’t have the app?
No problem! If you do not have the app, you should still receive confirmation emails with your reservation details. We will send you an email when you can start your check-in process and when your room is ready. This will work even if you are not an IHG® Rewards Club member.
Hotel-specific policies apply to your upcoming stay, and by using the digital check-in process you are acknowledging and agreeing to all such policies, as well as to any fines the hotel may charge for smoking in a non-smoking room. In addition to these terms, use of the digital check-in process through the IHG website or IHG® App is subject to the IHG terms of use.
By using the digital check-in process you are also agreeing that the hotel may charge the credit card number you provided when you booked your reservation, or that is on file under your IHG® Rewards Club member account, to cover any incidental expenses incurred during your stay. To update the credit card information you will need to notify the front desk when you arrive at the hotel.
You will receive confirmation of your digital check-in once the hotel has processed it and assigned you to a room. Upon arrival at the hotel, please stop by the front desk to collect your room key. If you are an IHG® Rewards Club member with Elite status, your welcome amenity will be IHG® Rewards Club points that will be automatically deposited to your account.
