Only stay in case of an emergency.

I was disappointed by the refusal to allow an early check-in despite the room being available, I requested a quiet room, instead I got an easy access room. The breakfast was amongst the worst I have experienced and I travel weekly.

Lovely customer service!

Stayed at this hotel for a hen party over the weekend. The way the rooms were booked by the third party organiser made checking in quite complicated, but Kaouthar handled it perfectly. She also provided incredible bar service in the evening. Thanks to her, the hotel stay was exceptional. Thank you!

We simply had a wonderful stay…Everyone of the staff were great..The people who kept our room clean, The people who made sure that we had a great breakfast with lots of options…And last but not least were the hotel people who checked us in but really went the extra mile…When my son needed some ice to bring down swelling on his knee, the staff went out of their way to help…If we’re ever back in London, we’d feel good about staying here again.

Friendly staff,, clean, nice atmosphere.
Easy,, clean location.
Poor choices for breakfast, Poor food for dinner ( mushroom and chicken pasta was more as a spaghetti soup)
No fridge in the room, no water bottles available in the bedrooms or even to buy.

Great location ,stayed here for TXT Concert at O2. Just a few short stops away by train.

Rooms lovely & clean,nice hot shower.
Facilities provided iron,hairdryer,tea & coffee making facility.
Great firm bed along with soft & firm pillow.
Had the best night's sleep,very quiet.
Breakfast was fine , choice of full English, creams,yoghurt croissants etc

Great value for the money spent

Nice and clean hotel. walking distance to the DRL but service was out during the weekend. Stayed with a group of 7 and everybody felt well received. Some trouble with the elevator one day. No problem for me staying at 2nd floor.

Overall experience was great as I was with 2 young adults and they were catered for with great attention.The safety and comfort was very satisfying and cleanliness was great.My only gripe would be only one coffee machine operational in restaurant, but the staff became aware and offered the bar facility machine!

Awful dinner no parking

Awful experience food congealed and cold in evening. The parking was a handful of spaces out the front. Given a parking lot with no spaces. Had to search alternative parking lot, which was over 30 minute walk away. No apology no nothing.

Limehouse Holiday Inn Express

Disappointing stay on this occasion, room on the second floor was very tired and in need of refurbishment. Certainly not like others on the upper floors I have stayed in recently.

Sleep was disturbed early morning by a scaffolding team working outside the window.

Not the best stay this time around unfortunately, thank you for accommodating a late check in for me though around work commitments.

Good stay but location and noise issues

The hotel is fairly good and made better with nice staff. The location in general isn’t ideal and it’s not close to any tube stations (though DLR just up the road). During our stay, there was major refurbishment works being carried out. It was noisy in the morning and the hotel surrounded by a cement plant and scaffold.
I would not return but it wasn’t the worst hotel experience.
