Great service and comfy room

I'm a repeat customer and enjoy how well-run this hotel is. On my last stay, my first room had an a/c that wasn't performing well. In a matter of minutes, the desk clerk appeared to check it, and in a few more minutes, he had me moved to an upgraded room that was chill. Very classy service, worthy of the best hotels.

Great location horrible smell

Room smelled like mildew and smoke the location was great but I had to have my room changed due to the smell. Also noticed there were ants in the bathroom. I do not think I would stay at this location again

The beds and office furniture were very comfortable. Could have used bacon at breakfast. Was surprised the bathroom door hinge was loose, but staff said it would be repaired quickly. We checked in the evening so no repair staff available. Decor was quite nice not boring beige. It as very quiet. I asked for extra bedding and it was delivered promptly.

Overall a very satisfying experience, breakfast was good, lots of choices, although the coffee quality could be improved. The tables were clean and the seats comfortable. The bed was a little soft for my liking, and the furniture, especially the chest of drawers had several amateur repairs. But as I was attending a Pickleball camp, by the time I got to the room, all I wanted to do was sleep!!!

When I travel over an hour in busy traffic, it is important that my hotel stay is relaxing. The bed, linen and pillows did not disappoint at all! I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends for future visits in this Brandermill area. Thank you for the cleanliness.
