RedFest DXB

Media City Amphitheatre


Hosted by Virgin, this annual music festival welcomes some of the world's biggest music stars to Dubai. The two-day event has hosted acts like G-Eazy, Camila Cabello, The Chainsmokers, Demi Lovato and The Lumineers since it was established in 2014. Between shows, RedFest DXB attendees can check out some of the Middle East's best street food vendors across the Middle East as well as exciting interactive installations.

Coca-Cola Arena

This indoor arena near downtown Dubai hosts a number of major concerts, comedy shows and other live events throughout the year.  The exterior is covered in over 4,000 LEDs that can be lit up in any color to create a dazzling display. Located in the City Walk area, Coca-Cola Arena is just steps away from some of the city's best dining and shopping experiences and most luxurious hotels.

Dubai International Jazz Festival

The Dubai International Jazz Festival was established in 2003. Though there were only 1,200 attendees in the festival's first year, the event now welcomes more than 500,000 concert-goers annually. Multiple stages are set up at Dubai's Media City Amphitheatre to host an impressive lineup of artists, including Grammy-winning groups, famous musicians and pop stars. The 2019 Dubai Jazz Festival welcomed acts like Alicia Keys, Jamiroquai and Snow Patrol. Attendees can purchase single-day tickets or a three-day festival pass.

Golf fans won't want to miss the Omega Dubai Desert Classic, a European Tour golf tournament hosted on the lush Majlis Course at Emirates Golf Club. First held in 1989, the event was the first European Tour tournament to be played in the Middle East or Asia. Past winners include Fred Couples, Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Haotong Li. The tournament takes place over the course of four days and features non-stop activities for spectators both on and off the links. Dubai World Cup

Head to the tracks at the Meydan Racecourse to experience the Dubai World Cup, a thoroughbred horse race. It's known as the world's richest race day, with an overall value of $35 million. The event includes six Group 1 races and three Group 2 races. The top race features a massive purse of $12 million, making it a breathtaking moment in sports history each year that attracts the most talented teams in the equine world.
