The IHG and ANA Japan Destination Australia Market Campaign 

The IHG and ANA Japan Destination Australia Market Campaign (the “Promotion”) is available to individuals who are members of the IHG One Rewards program and who are residing in Australia (an “Eligible Member”).

To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Members must register for the Promotion through the Promotion  registration page on All Nippon Airways (“ANA”) official website (https://flyana-campaign.com/IHGCollaborationCampaign/en) and opt-in to receive ANA promotional emails upon Promotion registration. Eligible members can register for this Promotion between 10 July and 30 September 2024 (the “Registration Period”) on the ANA official website. By registering for this Promotion, members accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligible Members who have registered for the Promotion who  purchase a return flight from Sydney to Japan with ANA, and book and stay at one or more IHG properties in Japan from 1 August to 30 November 2024, will be able to receive a maximum of 2,000 IHG One Rewards bonus points. 

Reservations made under this Promotion must be made directly with IHG (IHG Website, IHG App, customer care center or directly with the hotel using a Qualifying Rate) and stays at participating hotels must be consumed from 1 August to 30 November 2024.  The amount of bonus points depends on the number of hotels stayed during the Promotion . If a member stays at one hotel in Japan, I,000 bonus points will be awarded. If a member stay at more than two (2) hotels in Japan, 2,000 bonus points will be awarded. The maximum bonus points for this promotion will be 2,000 points.  Bonus points are awarded in addition to the standard IHG One Rewards points which an Eligible Member will earn when making a booking in this Promotion. 

To receive bonus points, an Eligible Member must complete the campaign registration and both the ANA flight and IHG’s promotion-eligible qualified stay as described below. Bonus points will be awarded by the end of February 2025.

Campaign Registration

To register this campaign, a eligible member must register through the campaign registration form on the ANA official website, accessible from the dedicated campaign information page on the IHG official Website. 

By clicking “Sign Up Now” on campaign information page, a eligible member accepts to visit the ANA official website. To register for the campaign, a member must provide their name, IHG One Rewards Member Number and e-mail address to ANA. By registering for the campaign, a member accepts ANA’s Privacy policy.

Campaign registrants who provide incomplete or incorrect entries in the registration form will not be eligible for the campaign.

Promotion Eligible Qualifying Flight

• Promotion Period
       - Ticketing Period: 10 July to 30 September 2024
       - Travel Period: 01 August to 30  November 2024
       - “Promo code” blackout period : 13 September to 07 October 2024
• For purposes of this Promotion, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Flight” is defined as a return flight from Sydney to Japan with ANA, booked through the official ANA Australia website only. The international flights must be on ANA-operated flights. The Promotion does not apply to one way flights from Sydney to Japan or Japan to Sydney or only domestic Japan flights.
• The “Promo code” sent at the time of campaign registration has a specific validity period and fares, so please check the notes page in the campaign registration completion email before using the Promo code.
• In the case of using “Promo code”, discounts can be available through ANA's Website (www.ana.co.jp/en/au) by inputing the designated promotion code upon your flight booking.
• In the case of using “Promo code”, the discount scheme applies to round-trip flights from Sydney to Japan with the following booking classes:
       a. 500AUD discount for Business class：J, C, D, Z.
       b. 100AUD discount for Economy and Premium Economy class：Y, B, M, U, H, Q, V, W, S, G, E, N.
• Flight originating from outside Australia is not eligible for this offer.
• All flight sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.
• This program cannot be combined with other ongoing promotional programs of All Nippon Airways.
• Please refer to each fare rules details for ticket restrictions.
• IHG and ANA reserve the right at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. In addition, and without prejudice to the foregoing, ANA reserves the right to amend fares, terms and conditions relating to sale of tickets without prior notice.

Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay

• For purposes of this Promotion, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating IHG® affiliated hotel or resort in Japan, booked through the official IHG Website, IHG App, customer care center or directly with the hotel using a Qualifying Rate. Stays booked using Rewards Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Promotion. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites also do not qualify under this Promotion. • Note that for purposes of this Promotion, multiple checkouts for consecutive nights at the same hotel will count as one (1) stay. To receive 2,000 bonus points, a member must stay at two (2) or more different hotels in Japan. Even if a member has more than two (2) stays at the same hotel, only 1,000 bonus miles will be awarded. The bonus points under this Promotion will only be credited to the account of the Eligible Member who made the booking, for those nights that qualify for bonus points. If an Eligible Member books more than one room at a hotel for the same or overlapping nights, they will receive bonus points for this Promotion on only one of the bookings and only for the nights that qualify.  Bonus points are awarded in addition to the standards points awarded under the IHG One Rewards program.
• Participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts in Japan are those operating under the following brands at the time of the qualifying stay: Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas, InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants, Hotel Indigo®, Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Holiday Inn Resort®, Garner™, voco® Hotels and RIHGA Royal Hotel (Osaka).
• Room types and rates may vary by hotel and are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Any unused components of a rate are non-refundable. Rates are per room, per night, and extra person charges and rollaway bed charges may apply.
