Airline Staff Rate Terms & Conditions
The Airline Employee Rate Promotion is available to Airline Employees only for bookings made up to 30 days in advance of the stay (special offers may require advance purchase). Timing of same-day cancellation varies by hotel. Please contact the hotel for more details.
Airline employees must present employee ID at check-in to qualify. A refundable deposit equivalent to a one night's stay is required at time of booking. The booking can be cancelled up to and including the day of arrival. A maximum of 7 nights can be booked under this rate. A maximum of 2 rooms per employee.
Rates are per room per night and discount is subject to limited availability; blackout dates and other restrictions set by participating hotels may apply. City taxes may apply in some cities. Currency rates and exchange rates may vary.
