Terms and Conditions
ANA Members who perform Qualifying Activities at Participating Locations shall be awarded AMC miles in the following manger:
(a) Qualifying Activity at hotels with the following brands shall earn 3 Base Miles per $1 USD:
InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, Regent® Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton® Hotels and Restaurants, HUALUXE® Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, voco™, Hotel Indigo®, EVEN® Hotels, avid™ hotels, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Holiday Inn Resorts® and Holiday Inn Club Vacations®
(b) Qualifying Activity at Staybridge Suites®, Candlewood Suites® and The Venetian | Palazzo Las Vegas hotels shall earn 1 Base Mile per $1 USD.
To earn points and miles, please register for the IHG Rewards Club (even if ANA Card and ANA Mileage Club Card members are required to join IHG Reward Club to earn miles.) Members are required to select the option to earn miles to start earning miles.
1. This promotion is available to members of IHG® Rewards Club who are also members of ANA Mileage Club (AMC), aged 18 and over, and who have AMC miles as their earning preference in their IHG® Rewards Club Account prior to check-in for an eligible qualifying stay at ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa (the “Eligible Member”).
2. Book a stay at ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa from 1 August 2019 to 30 October 2019, both dates inclusive, (“Promotional Period”) with a consumed stay at ANA InterContiental Beppu Resort & Spa with a check-in date from 1 August 2019 to 30 October 2019 (both dates inclusive) and a check-out date on or before 31 October 2019 (“Stay Period”) to earn double AMC miles for the stay. There are no minimum or maximum numbers of stays at the hotel during the Stay Period. If you prefer to earn IHG Rewards Club points instead AMC miles, you will earn double IHG Rewards Club points.
3. The double AMC miles are awarded to an Eligible Member for stays at ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa during the Stay Period and are awarded as follows: 6 Miles / $1 USD spent on the room rate.
4. Bookings eligible for earning double AMC miles are bookings and hotel reservations of one night or consecutive nights (regardless of frequency of check-in/out during the Stay Period) made at the ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa paying a qualifying rate which includes most business and leisure rates through official IHG® channels, including but not limited to IHG® APP, IHG.com and IHG® Rewards Club Customer Care (a "Qualifying Stay").
5. ANA Mileage Club double miles are not issued for stays at ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa on the following reduced room rates, which are non-qualifying rates, and which make a Stay a Non-Qualifying Stay and therefore not eligible to receive double miles in this promotion: net wholesale individual and group rates, certain package rates, the employee discount rate, the friends and family rate, the crew rate, special discounted contract rates, the seasonal worker/crew rate, the 50% travel club discount rate, the distressed passenger rate, IHG® Rewards Club Reward Nights/Airline Hotel Reward rate, most rates booked through most third-party web sites, complimentary hotel Stays, and any other rates not defined as Qualifying Rates.
6. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
7. In case that two or more than two Eligible Members check-in the same one room at the same time on the same booking, the AMC miles will only be credited to the account of one of the Eligible Members in the booking.
8. All bookings are subject to availability of rooms at the hotel.
9. Eligible miles will be deposited to the Eligible Member’s AMC account in 4-6 weeks.
10. If any Eligible Member is found conducting fraud or misusing regarding this promotion, IHG® Rewards Club has the full right and discretion to withdraw the rewards to such Eligible Member or even close the IHG® Rewards Club account of such Eligible Member.
11. IHG® Rewards Club reserves the right to, at any time, and with or without the prior notification, cancel, terminate or amend the promotion terms or exclusive task for such Eligible Member.
12. 13. IHG® Rewards Club reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time for whatever reason and without any liability to guest or members. To the extent permitted by applicable law, InterContinental Hotels Group and ANA reserve the right of final interpretation of this offer.
