Book Early and Save Rate: Terms and Conditions

The “Book Early and Save” or “Book Early and Save – IHG® One Rewards Member Rate” offers a discount at participating hotels of a minimum 10% off, and up to 25% off, the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate, which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Members save an additional 3%, which gives a total saving for members of at least 12% off the Best Flexible Rate. Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to availability.

Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival. The Book Early and Save rate is non-refundable, with full payment for the entire stay is due at time of booking. No changes or cancellations can be made. Please check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.

The rate is valid at participating InterContinental, Regent, Kimpton, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites hotels and resorts located in the UK and Europe. Iberostar and Six Senses hotels are not included in this offer. See our websites for full details of participating hotels.

Best Flexible Rate: Terms and Conditions

Our Best Flexible Rate is the best and least restrictive publicly available rate for that room type at the time of reservation. While lower rates may be available, they will require payment at time of booking, a minimum length of stay or will be non-refundable. Please check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs. Some restrictions apply based on individual hotel policies. Changes to your reservation are usually acceptable, but always check the hotel's cancellation policy before booking for cancellation fees that may apply depending upon arrival date and hotel selected.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this rate or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this rate.

Kids Stay and Eat Free terms and conditions

*Kids Stay and Eat Free at Holiday Inn® Hotels. Children under 12 may enjoy free breakfast, lunch and dinner at our designated all-day dine in restaurants and select from the kids menu (1 main course and 1 dessert per child) when accompanied by an adult, who is registered as a hotel guest and must order at least one main course from the full priced menu.

Kids Stay Free terms and conditions

*Kids Stay Free at Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Crowne Plaza®, Hotel Indigo®, InterContinental®, Kimpton®, Staybridge Suites® and voco™ hotels. Up to two children under 17 stay free when sharing a room with up to two adults at any of the participating hotels, subject to maximum room occupancy restrictions and subject to availability. Baby crib/cot is complimentary while rollaway beds may be chargeable. Kids under 13 stay free at Vignette Collection®. Rules for maximum room occupancy will supersede this offer.

General terms

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, Central Reservations or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG® One Rewards program terms and conditions apply. Visit www.ihg.com/onerewards for details. IHG reserves the right to remove a member's points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the rate is detected.

In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The rate is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The rate is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this rate. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.
