General terms

The “Book Early and Save” or “Book Early and Save – IHG® Rewards Member Rate” offers a discount at participating hotels of 5% to 25%* off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate, which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Terms vary by hotel region, please see further details below.

Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival. The Book Early and Save rate is non-refundable, with full payment for the entire stay due at time of booking. No changes or cancellations can be made. Please check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs. 

The rate is valid at participating InterContinental, Regent, Kimpton and Vignette hotels and resorts located in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australasia and Pacific Islands Please see terms and offers for Six Senses hotels below. Iberostar hotels are not included in this offer. See our websites for full details of participating hotels.

The rates all qualify for IHG One Rewards points earning.

The “Book Early and Save” or “Book Early and Save – IHG® One Rewards Member Rate” offers a discount at participating hotels of 10% to 25% off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate, which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Members save an additional 3%. Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to availability.  

*Hotels in Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan, Australasia and Pacific Islands

The “Book Early and Save” or “Book Early and Save – IHG® Rewards Member Rate” offers a discount at participating hotels of 5% to 25% off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate, which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Members save an additional 3%.
