The 42.2 acre Hurst Athletic Complex is home to the City of Hurst Adult Softball Program, as well as many youth sports leagues. The complex has new state-of-the-art ball field lighting system, new restroom and concession stand facilities, and a new children’s playground. Other amenities include shaded dugouts, bleachers, and center plaza areas. Pets are not allowed inside the gates at the Hurst Athletic Complex adult softball fields or soccer fields. AT&T Stadium serves as the home of the Dallas Cowboys. It is also the home of the Cotton Bowl Classic, the Big 12 Championship Game, and the Southwest Classic. The facility, owned by the city of Arlington, has also been used for a variety of other activities, such as concerts, basketball games, soccer, college and high-school football games. The Fort Worth Stockyards is a historic district that is located in Fort Worth, Texas, United States, north of the central business district. A 98-acre (40 ha) portion encompassing much of the district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Fort Worth Stockyards Historic District in 1976. It holds a former livestock market which operated under various owners since 1866.
