Yes, I recommend this property.
I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The only issue I had was the day I checked out. I did not see anyone in the front desk so I saw housekeeping staff and asked where was the front desk staff. She told me the person sitting on the table in the front area was the person. I waited for few minutes to see whether she could check me out but she was continuing doing whatever she was doing. So I asked her to check me out she told me I had to wait. Since I was in a hurry to get out so I took my stuffs went to car got my stuffs in the trunk and came back to front desk. She told me she was able to check out but I left . I told her I was in a hurry to check out but she was taking her time so I decided to get my luggage in the trunk first then finish checkout . I did not know customer needs to wait till your staff finished doing whatever then checked customer out. Is not it usually the other around ?

Dear Alli,
Thank you for your review! I was speaking to another guest who was also giving me feedback. I have to ask for one moment to get out of the highchair from the lobby. By the time I made it to the front desk you walked away. So sorry that you felt I was not fast enough.

No, I do not recommend this property.
Was there for States for hockey. They misbilled me & in an email chain it was supposed to be rectified. Days later no return calls- no credit. Stay elsewhere

Yes, I recommend this property.
This was the first time staying at a candlewood. The accommodations were very nice, clean and up to date. We were attending a swim meet at the collage so it could not have been more convent for us. We would have perfumed a breakfast, so we did not have to go off site. I would recommend it to others for a good place to stay.

As a whole I really enjoyed my stay. Very good staff, friendly and great to deal with. I only had two concerns, the wifi being out a whole night and when I went to the check in counter I had to wait until someone came back from doing laundry. Those things were the only thing I have to say negatively.
I really like the suite that has a kitchen, a living room area and a bedroom with a door. It allows me to separate work from being able to disengage from work when done. Love it. I really like this place. I will use it next time, too!
