You'll be prompted to sign in to your IHG One Rewards account, then register your agent ID accreditation number (IATA, TRUE, ARC, or CLIA). If you haven't joined IHG One Rewards, you'll need to enroll before you can register for the Agent Portal. Once registered, you'll have access every time you sign into your IHG One Rewards account.
