Summer Promotion Terms and Conditions

Summer Book Early and Save with Flexible Saver Rate offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for selected bookings made between 16 June until 31 August 2026 (the “Booking Dates”) for selected stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in Europe, from 20 June 2026 – 20 March 2027 (the “Stay Dates”) using the “Flexible Saver Rate.”

IHG One Rewards members save from 15% off the Best Flexible rate with Flexible Saver Rate.  Non-members save from 6% off the Best Flexible rate with the Flexible Saver rate. Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. Additional charges may apply for upgraded room types.

Flexible Saver rate terms: No deposit required. Change your plans up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of the first night’s stay. No refunds for bookings that are cancelled or changed within 7 days are permitted. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.

Offer is valid at participating Candlewood Suites, Crowne Plaza, Garner Hotels, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo, Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Regent Hotels and Resorts, Ruby Hotels, Staybridge Suites, Vignette Collection, and voco, located across Europe. Six Senses Hotels are not included in this Offer.

Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.

Certain room types such as premium rooms and suites may be excluded from the promotional rate offered by participating hotels. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. Final bill will be in the hotel local currency. 

The Promotional Rates are not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fees. The final bill will be in the hotel’s local currency.  

The Promotion is not valid with any other offer, discount, or promotion.  

At Holiday Inn, Kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest.

Holiday Inn Terms and Conditions

Available at Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Select® and Holiday Inn Resort®  hotels around the world. For more information, contact the individual hotel.

Kids Stay Free – Up to two (2) children stay free when sharing a room with up to two (2) adults, subject to maximum room occupancy restrictions and subject to availability. Baby crib/cot is complimentary while folding beds may be chargeable. Rules for maximum room occupancy will supersede this offer.

Kids Eat Free – For registered guests only. This is available for children:

a) when ordering breakfast, lunch & dinner; 
b) when ordering in the hotel’s dine-in restaurant; 
c) when ordering from the Kids’ Menu (which must consist of at least 1 main course and 1 dessert) and; 
d) when accompanied by at least one (1) adult who is registered as a hotel guest and must order at least one main course from the full priced menu.

The Kids Eat Free offer is limited to up to four (4) children per dining family, per meal OR up to two (2) children per parent, per meal.

The Kids Eat Free offer is not available for room service* or with room rates negotiated for groups of 10 or more rooms, travel industry rates or corporate rates.

*The Kids Eat Free offer is available through room service in Europe

The Kids Stay Free and Kids Eat Free offers in Europe are available for children of the following ages:

Kids Stay Free: 17 and Under
Kids Eat Free: 12 and Under

To qualify for this programme, children should be aged 12 or younger, and shall share a room with 1 or 2 adults checking in the above-mentioned hotels. If no legal and valid certificate of the children (including PRC identity card, PRC household register, birth certificate or passport) is provided to prove the children’s age to the hotel’s satisfaction, only children no taller than 1.4 meters shall be considered as qualified, and the hotel may measure the children’s height to determine whether the children are qualified.

This programme is only available with “Advance Booking Offer (including breakfast)” and “Best Flexible Rate (including breakfast)”. Discounted rates, corporate rates, employee rates and any other rates are not applicable.

Kids Stay Free -- Up to 2 children may stay free when sharing a room with up to 2 adults, where maximum room occupancy allows. A free cot or a folding bed for children may be provided on request.  A maximum of 1 cot or roll-away bed per room.

Kids Eat Free – This is only available during restaurant normal operating hours for hotel registered guests at the all-day dining restaurant designated by the hotel. Children shall be accompanied by at least one adult when dining.

• For buffet breakfast – each adult dining at the original price (including a breakfast that is covered in the room rate) may take no more than 2 children who may eat free.

• For lunch and dinner – each adult ordering at least 1 main course from the outlets main menu may take no more than 2 children who may eat free by ordering from the special Kid’s Menu designed for this programme. All beverages for children are chargeable.

2026 Loyalty 2K4N, 8K8N Promotion

These “General Promotion Terms” shall govern all Offers under this Promotion.   

This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) gives IHG One Rewards members the opportunity to choose one of two different offers for earning IHG One Rewards bonus points. To participate in the Promotion, an individual must have an active, valid IHG One Rewards member account, must be a resident of only North America, Central America, South America, the Caribbean or a country in the Middle East, Europe, Africa or Asia, excluding China, Hong Kong, Macau and Tawain, and must first register their member number for one of two available offers: (1) the “Earn 2,000 points every 2 nights” offer (the “2,000 Points Offer”); or (2) the “Earn 8,000 points every 4 nights” offer (the “8,000 Points Offer”). If a member has registered for the 2,000 Points Offer, the member can earn 2,000 IHG One Rewards bonus points each time they complete two (2) Qualifying Room Nights during the Promotion Period (defined below), with unlimited earning ability. If a member registered for the 8,000 Points Offer, the member can earn 8,000 IHG One Rewards bonus points each time they complete four (4) Qualifying Room Nights during the Promotion Period, with unlimited earning ability. A member can only register for one of these two offers. Once a member has registered, the member is only eligible for that offer and cannot register for the other offer.  

Members can pre-register for this Promotion starting 6 May  2026 through 19 May  2026 (the “Pre-Registration Period”). Members will be able to stay and earn IHG One Rewards bonus points under either the 2,000 Points Offer or the 8,000 Points Offer beginning 20 May  2026 and ending on 31 August 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Members who did not register during the Pre-Registration Period may register for the Promotion during the Promotion Period.  The first Qualifying Stay must occur after registration and within the Promotion Period. Stays completed prior to registration for this Promotion, even if they occur during the Promotion Period, will not qualify for earning. By registering for the Promotion, a member is accepting these Terms & Conditions. 

For purposes of this Promotion, a “Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked under a Qualifying Rate, with total spend exceeding US $30 (or local currency equivalent) for each night. As stated, the “Promotion Period” is from 20 May 2026 through 31 August 2026. Room nights outside of the Promotion Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for the Promotion also are not included. Stays booked using Rewards Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Promotion. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites such as booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify under this Promotion.  (For additional details on Qualifying Rates, please see the full IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions.) If more than one member who registered for the Promotion checks into the same room, only one member is eligible to earn points under the Promotion for those nights that qualify.  If a member books more than one room on the same night, the member will receive credit towards this Promotion for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of a Qualifying Room Night under the Promotion. Bonus points earned through this Promotion are not Elite status qualifying under the IHG One Rewards program. 

A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® Hotels & Resorts and other partner hotels participating in the program, with exceptions for the following brands:  
  

• Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. Note some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.  

• The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba. Not all Iberostar Beachfront Resorts participate in IHG One Rewards. The current list of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts can be found here.  

• Ruby Hotels will be continuously integrated into IHG One Rewards starting in 2026. Please check the individual hotel website for participation information.

IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG expressly reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status, or cancel their account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s interpretation of the scope and application of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion. This Promotion is valid only for those who are eligible to participate and who registered for the Promotion, and such eligibility or participation cannot be transferred or conveyed. Any inquiries concerning this Promotion must be made by 31 October 2026.
