Bid to win

• This reward is eligible exclusively for IHG One Rewards members residing in the following countries: Australia, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Spain, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom, and the United States. 

• Emirates Dubai7s Terms and Conditions apply, as given on their website. 

• To use the IHG One Rewards Access platform and participate in any Bid/Redeem Activity, a Member must have an IHG One Rewards account that is valid and in good standing and must also have a valid password and email address associated with their account. If this information is not updated in your IHG One Rewards membership profile, you will need to update the information prior to placing any bids or redeeming points for any of the experiences and other rewards (""Access Rewards"") offered through IHG One Rewards Access. 

• The IHG One Rewards Access program may be administered by an IHG company or by a third-party service provider retained by IHG, and the IHG One Rewards Access website may be operated by an IHG company or a third-party service provider retained by IHG. By using the IHG One Rewards Access website and participating in any Bid Now or Redeem Now Activity, a member is agreeing to share their IHG One Rewards account/member number and their email and phone number in their IHG One Rewards account profile with IHG and any such third party service providers. 

• To redeem points for an Access Reward using Redeem Now, you must have sufficient points available in your IHG One Rewards account to cover the number of points needed as published on the IHG One Rewards Access site. Members who redeem points for a Redeem Now Access Reward will receive notification via email to the email address associated with their IHG One Rewards account. A member from the IHG One Rewards Access team will follow up, normally within 3-5 business days, via email to provide additional information. 

• All references on the IHG One Rewards Access site to performers and/or events are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or approval of such performer or event. 

• All activity relating to the use of IHG One Rewards Access, including but not limited to use of the website and its features, are subject to the full IHG® One Rewards Access Terms and Conditions. Each Access Reward offered on the site may also have additional terms and conditions that apply to the specific experience, event, or other aspect of the Access Reward 

Terms and Conditions - Two (2) VIP Chalet access to Emirates Dubai 7s

Eligibility:  

The VIP Chalet access for 2 (the “Prize Draw”) is open to IHG One Rewards members during the Prize Draw period and are legally residing in the United Arab Emirates. 

An entrant/ participant (“Entrant” or “Participant”) must be aged 18 or over.  

Employees, officers and directors of InterContinental Hotels Group Plc and its various hotels, restaurants, parent companies, subsidiaries and/or affiliates and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter.  

The Prize Draw is void where prohibited by law, regulation, statute, or other appropriate authority, and is subject to all applicable national and local laws.  

Sponsorship and Administration of the Prize Draw:  

“Sponsor” of the Prize Draw is IHG Middle East Management Consultancies LLC a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and having a principal place of business at Suite 2201, Festival Tower, Dubai Festival City, Al Rebbat Street, P.O. Box 58191, Dubai, UAE. The Prize Draw is being administered by Sponsor. 

Agreement to Official Rules:  

By participating in the Prize Draw, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions (“Official Rules”) and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Prize Draw. Whether an Entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.  

Prize Draw period:  

The Prize Draw begins on 24 October 2025 and ends on 17 November 2025. 

How to enter:  

IHG One Rewards members can enter to win VIP Chalet access for 2 in Dubai by registering on the contest landing page. Nonmembers may sign up for IHG One Rewards and register for the contest. One registration per entrant will be counted as valid.  

If any element of this Prize Draw is published on Meta or TikTok, in no way is this Prize Draw sponsored, administered, or associated with Meta, TikTok, or Emirates Dubai 7s. By entering, Entrants confirm that they release Meta, TikTok, and Emirates Dubai 7s of responsibility for this Prize Draw and agree to Meta's, TikTok’s and Emirates Dubai 7s’ terms of use. 

Prize:  

One winner will be awarded the following: 

2 (two) weekend VIP tickets to Emirates Dubai 7s in Dubai for themselves and a companion for Sunday November 30th, 2025. 

1 (one) night's stay for the winner and the companion with breakfast at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown for check in on Saturday November 29th, 2025. 

Chauffer service from home (restricted to areas within Dubai) to the hotel on Saturday, November 29th, 2025. 

Chauffer drop-off to the Emirates Dubai 7s venue on Sunday, November 30th, 2025. 

Flights are not provided by the Sponsor, and the winner is solely responsible for arranging and covering all expenses related to travel to attend the Emirates Dubai 7s in Dubai. No expenses other than those expressly listed above will be covered by the Sponsor; the winner shall bear responsibility for all other costs. 

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DETERMINATIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF SPONSOR SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.  ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE ENTRY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED. 

Winner determination: 

Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The winner will be selected through a random draw using random selection software from all eligible entries. The draw will take place between 12-14 November 2025, and the winner will be notified via email on 17 November 2025. Instructions for claiming their prize will be included in the notification email. If the Prize Draw winner fails to claim a prize within 48 hours of receipt of notification of winning, is ineligible, cannot be notified, or is disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, up to 3 alternates. If the alternate potential winners are disqualified, the applicable prize will not be awarded. The winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and sign a release as a condition of receiving any prize. 

All potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. An Entrant/Participant is not a winner of any Prize, even if the drawing should so indicate, unless and until the Entrant’s eligibility, and the potential winning criteria, have been verified, and the Entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

Please see the privacy policy for details of Sponsor's policy regarding the use of personal information collected in connection with this Prize Draw. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list.  

Winner requirements:  

Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Except where prohibited, the potential prize winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release, which must be received by Sponsor within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If the potential prize winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), potential winner forfeits the prize. The Prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If the potential prize winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner’s name, city, state/province, likeness, photo, entry information and/or prize information in connection with the Prize Draw for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. 

Without limiting the generality of these Official Rules, the Prize Draw winner shall irrevocably grant, transfer, convey and assign to Sponsor the entirety of the rights in and to the winner’s entry including intellectual property rights, trademark rights, copyright and all renewals and extensions of intellectual property rights, and the right to secure intellectual property registrations thereto in perpetuity including, without limitation, the rights to use the winner’s entry for any and all purposes in any and all media whether now known or hereafter developed, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity. The Prize Draw winner accepts and acknowledges that Sponsor shall not be obligated to use the winner’s entry, and that Sponsor in its sole discretion shall have the right to refrain from using winner’s entry. Sponsor shall not incur any liability whatsoever to the extent Sponsor chooses to refrain from exploiting its rights hereunder. The winner will indemnify Sponsor, Released Parties and any licensee of Sponsor against all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable counsel fees and legal expenses) arising out of any breach of these terms. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of Entrants. 

Prize restrictions:  

The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made unless the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value should the Prize become unavailable for any reason. 

Release:  

By receipt of the Prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the prize draw or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 

General Conditions:  

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Prize Draw, or any part of it. If any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Prize Draw, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (1)  cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw and/or proceed with the  Prize Draw, including the selection of winner in a manner it deems fair and reasonable including the selection of the winner from among eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension and/or (2), as necessary, to modify these Official Rules to accommodate any changes in circumstances that affect Sponsor’s ability to carry out or run the Prize Draw as planned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw or, the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or, entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions or are found to be fraudulent. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of an inconsistency between these Official Rules and any disclosure or other statement contained in any Prize Draw -related materials, including without limitation, a Prize Draw entry form or any point-of-sale, radio, television, print, or online advertising or disclosures, these Official Rules will prevail and govern. By entering the Prize Draw, each Entrant agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules. 

Release; Limitations of Liability:  

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant/participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Prize Draw; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Prize Draw; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Prize Draw, the uploading, the processing, judging or tabulating of submissions, votes, or performance criteria (as applicable), or the announcement of the prize or in any `Prize Draw related materials; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s/Participant’s participation in the Prize Draw or receipt or use or misuse of a prize or prizes awarded.  Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of any submissions. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering, announcement or administration of the Prize Draw. 

Disputes:  

Except where prohibited, Entrant/Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Prize Draw or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of DIFC; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Prize Draw, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant/Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant/Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant/Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of DIFC without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. 

Severability:  

If the application of any provision of these Official Rules to any particular facts or circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration panel or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then (a) the validity, legality and enforceability of such provision as applied to any other particular facts or circumstances, and the other provisions of these Official Rules, shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby; and (b) such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible.  In addition, if any provision contained in these Official Rules shall for any reason be held to be excessively broad as to duration, geographical scope, activity, or subject, it shall be construed by limiting and reducing it, so as to be enforceable to the extent compatible with applicable law.
